Shipping & Returns

4.0. Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse the same day if avaible on time of purchase for orders before 10am and next working day for orders after 10am. Any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. 

4.2. We will normally aim to get you goods delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch. this depends on the Courier Service (DHL) and its service at the time. (Tracking is available once your item reaches the sorting depot this can take up to 12-24 hours to update.)
4.3. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery. 
4.5. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order if value is greater than £25 as signature is required by an over 18 person, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. 
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. 
4.7. Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. 
4.8. If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the, goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge. 
4.9. If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. 
4.10. Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a specific time. (Within 24-48 hours)
4.11. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. 4.12. Carriage charges will be shown after adding your postcode to get an estimation of postage price (WE DO NOT SHIP WORLD WIDE)
4.13. Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order. 
4.14. Sometimes for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

4.15. We use DHL Tracked Shipping 2-3 Working days (Tracking Information is only available 12 hours after purchase, this will be  sent to you via the email you used to place the order with.
