5. Cancellation Refunds and Returns

If you decide to cancel your order, you are required to return the goods within 14 days of the cancellation request. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. You can return them to us or our supplier, or to any other UK address specified by us, at your own expense. It is important to ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit.


6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee
6.1. If you encounter any issues with the goods, please inform us via email or in writing, providing details of the problem. It would be helpful if you could also send us a digital photograph and a description of the problem, as this often eliminates the need to return the goods for inspection. We will address the matter in line with your legal rights.

6.2. All products are protected by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

6.3. The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law grants you as a consumer; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6.4. If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. Only then a replacement will be sent out

6.5. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs. 

6.9. Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request. 

6.10. Refunds can take up to 5-10 Working days to process (if you haven’t received your refund by then you must contact your card provider)

6.11. If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund. 

6.12. Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us. 

6.13. We are unable to guarantee an exact colour match due to the nature of the product (s).

The payment method you can use.

  1.  Pay with Klarna

When you select this payment method, you will be taken to the Pay with Klarna platform. There, you will need to log in to your Pay with Klarna account or create one to complete your payment. 3D Secure is used to ensure the security of your transfer. After entering your information, you will be redirected back to this store to complete your order. At that point, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.

Please note that your age will be verified using Verify My Age at checkout. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
