5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns

5.1. If you decide to cancel your order, you are required to return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation request. 5.2. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. 5.3. Returns must be sent to us, our supplier, or another UK address specified by us at your own expense. 5.4. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are packaged securely; we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return transit.

6. Faulty Goods and Guarantees

6.1. If you encounter an issue with your goods, please notify us via email at info@rn-shop.co.uk. Including a digital photograph and a description of the fault is highly recommended, as this often allows us to resolve the issue without requiring a physical inspection. 6.2. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the specific terms of that warranty. 6.3. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer. 6.4. If an exchange is required, it will be processed without unreasonable delay. Please note: Replacement goods will only be dispatched once the original faulty items have been received and inspected at our warehouse. 6.5. The cost of returning goods for inspection is your responsibility. If the goods are found not to be faulty, they will be returned to you subject to payment of our reasonable postage costs. 6.6. At our discretion, we will replace defective goods free of charge, provided the faulty items have been returned to us upon request. 6.7. Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to process. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your card provider. 6.8. If a faulty item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative. If an exact match cannot be found, you will have the option of a full refund. 6.9. Where a replacement is issued, you are responsible for the disposal of the original faulty goods if they were not returned to us. 6.10. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

12. Payments and Security

12.1. Pay with Klarna: When selecting Klarna, you will be redirected to their secure platform to log in and complete the transaction. 3D Secure technology is used to ensure your transfer is safe. You will be redirected back to our store to finalize the order and receive your confirmation email. 12.2. Age Verification: Your age will be verified using Verify My Age during the checkout process. You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site. 12.3. Data Privacy: We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., couriers or age verification).
