2.1. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. 2.2. A contract is only formed between us once we have emailed you a second time to confirm acceptance of your order. 2.3. In the event that goods are no longer available or a pricing error has occurred, we will notify you. In such cases, you will not receive an acceptance email, and no contract will exist between us. 2.4. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the images shown and will not include accessories unless stated in the specification. Some goods may require assembly by the customer. 2.5. We strive to display product colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color of the goods. 2.6. While we aim for total accuracy, all information provided is approximate and provided in good faith. 2.7. This contract is governed by English law. 2.8. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Website Use.

3. How to Place an Order

3.0. You must create an account to make a purchase. 3.1. To order, select your products and add them to your basket. Items can be removed at any time before checkout. 3.2. Carriage charges will be displayed after you enter your postcode. 3.3. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. 3.4. We use secure payment facilities. You may pay for your order using Klarna. 3.5. Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period. 3.6. All prices are in UK pounds (£) and include VAT at the current rate. 3.7. Once confirmed, changes to an order may not be possible or may incur additional charges. 3.8. We will notify you of the dispatch date upon completion of your order. 3.9. Age Verification: You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. We utilize Verifymyage.co.uk to perform age verification checks in compliance with Business Companion due diligence standards. We will not sell to persons under 18. 3.10. Duplicate or fraudulent orders will be canceled and may be reported to the payment provider.

4. Delivery and Carriage Charges

4.0. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are normally dispatched the same day; orders after 10:00 AM are dispatched the next working day. Dispatch dates are estimates and subject to change. 4.2. We aim to deliver goods within 2-3 working days via DHL. Tracking is typically available 12–24 hours after the item reaches the sorting depot. 4.3. Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. 4.5. Goods will be delivered to the address specified. For orders over £25, a signature from a person over 18 is required. Deliveries usually occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. 4.6. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the courier to leave goods unattended. 4.7. Disposal of packing materials is the customer's responsibility. 4.8. If no one is available to accept delivery, goods may be returned to the warehouse, and we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee. 4.9. Redirecting a delivery after dispatch may incur extra charges. 4.10. Please check goods on delivery. Missing or damaged items must be reported to the driver immediately or to us within 24–48 hours. 4.12. Important: We do NOT ship worldwide. Shipping is restricted to the UK. 4.13. Deliveries are made to ground floor entrances only, subject to reasonable access. Please notify us of any special delivery requirements during checkout. 4.14. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including accidents, severe weather, acts of God, or supplier defaults.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

5.1. To cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation request. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and sent to our specified UK address at your expense. Contact info@rn-shop.co.uk with your order number to begin the process. Ensure goods are packaged securely; we are not responsible for damage during return transit.

6. Faulty Goods and Guarantees

6.1. If goods are faulty, please email us with a description and digital photographs. This often avoids the need for a physical inspection. 6.2. All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. 6.3. These warranties are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. 6.4. If an exchange is required, it will be arranged after the original goods are received and inspected at our warehouse. 6.5. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility. If goods are found not to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your expense. 6.10. Refunds take 5–10 working days to process. If not received within this time, please contact your card provider. 6.11. If a faulty item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

7. Liability and Site Uptime

7.1. Products comply with UK legislation. We do not warrant compliance with laws outside the UK. 7.3. While we aim for 24-hour website availability, we are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues or server maintenance.

8.1. Non-personally identifiable material sent to the site is considered non-confidential. We reserve the right to use such material for any purpose. 8.2. You must not post material that is discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or encourages criminal conduct.

11. Gift Cards

11.1. Gift cards are delivered via email containing a unique code. 11.2. They are redeemable only at RN-SHOP and cannot be exchanged for cash. 11.5. Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 11.6. After 12 months of inactivity, any remaining balance will be removed. 11.8. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing or redeeming a gift card.

12. Payments
